Beware of your posture

I'm sure that most of you people are using their computer or laptop very often. Do you sit hours and hours behind your computer? Do you exercise every hour while you're sitting in front of your screen? I'm sure that a lot of you don't do that at all.... Are you aware of your posture while you're sitting in front of your computer? We all know it's bad to look at your screen for so long, but we are still doing it =/.

I met up with Malaysian Blogger Cheesie ♥~

I met up with the popular Malaysian Blogger Cheesie ^___^! Some of you already knew this because I tweeted about it and posted a picture with Cheesie & me on Facebook. I'm sure that a lot of you are following her blog, Cheeserland.com. She has heaps of followers across the world and she even has plenty of followers in Holland ^^. It was such an honor to meet her, since I've been reading her blogposts for 1,5 year and I admired her pretty pictures ever since.

This cute girl loves cheese, so she decided to go to the land of CHEESE which is The Netherlands =D! I was so surprised and excited when she tweeted that she was in Amsterdam! It was definitely a spontaneous meet up xD. I met up with her in Amsterdam, I showed her around the city and we camwhored a bit of course hahaha. Unfortunately, I didn't take a lot of pictures with my camera, because the camera from Cheesie is way better than mine o__o so we took most of the pictures with hers ^___-. She will post the photos on her blog soon, so must check it out! P.s. I'm so jealous of her flawless skin ahhhh... Her flawless skin isn't photoshopped on pictures, it's flawless in real as well ahhh so jealous XD !!!

Hair tutorials for medium/ shoulder length hair

Today I'm going to share a few hair tutorials for medium length hair/ shoulder length hair. That's right, there are many tutorials online, not only for long hair but also hair which are shorter! Who says that you can't do anything with it if it's short?

1. The Beauty Department
I totally love this blog and their Youtube videos. This blog is created by 3 girls, Laura, Kristin and Amy. Sometimes they will share a hair tutorial on their channel which is mostly for long hair. However, they also posted one for short hair a few months ago, it looks so easy and pretty ^__^ check it out:

"I feel so insecure ..... about my braces!" Part 1

Have you ever felt insecure before? Sometimes it's because of the way people talk about you but also the way people look at you can make you feel insecure. If one friend of yours says ugly words about your new shirt, would you never wear it again, just because that person said so.. ? We all care a lot what other people say and that can make us feel damn insecure. Sometimes we just feel insecure about ourselves because of our new hairstyle or clothes or even wearing braces can make us feel insecure, because you think it's ugly. Yes, I also felt insecure before, plenty of times!!!

My story
Last year I decided to wear braces (which is quite late, since I'm 22 already lol), that's right it was my own choice to wear it just because I want to have straight teeth and I'm sure that I will be happy with it after the process. However, on the first day when I wore the braces, I automatically cried because it was so fugly x___x". I definitely felt insecure at the beginning. I didn't even want to talk to friends at first because it was so ugly xD I mean... it doesn't look attractive at all right?! Also, after I had my braces, I didn't want to show my teeth on photos XD, people could only see me smiling since then.

But I got used to my braces after 3 months or so and I have been wearing braces for longer than a year now. I realized that it's actually a very normal thing to wear it. There are even people who are 30 years or older who are wearing braces and almost everybody had it when they were young.. so what's the big deal? Why should a brace face like me feel insecure about it? Yes, I got my confidence back after a couple of months xD.

My question to you:

Review: Bornprettystore Handmade False Eyelashes

If you think of Bornprettystore, you will think of nail art products right? Did you know that they also sell false eyelashes ^^? I received a box of handmade black false eyelashes from Bornprettystore.com for review purposes. I reviewed a pair of eyelashes from them before, see previous review. The eyelashes which I'm going to review in this blogpost are made of high quality fibre. There are 10 pairs in one box and on the Bornprettystore.com website it says that it looks natural and true on the eyes! These eyelashes are brandless and just to make it clear, these are NOT Princess Lee eyelashes, even though the packaging looks a bit like it. I Love High Tea / Afternoon Tea ^___^ ♥! I recently went to Drie Graefjes in Amsterdam. It's a lovely place to eat lunch and you can also go there with some friends to have an afternoon tea. It costs €22,50 for each person and it was served in four courses, this was the first one: 

Tea sandwiches with mozzarella and different kinds of sauces.

Cinemagraphs - Moving Pictures

Around mid 2011 I found this website on tumblr which is called: From me to you and the website http://cinemagraphs.com. These two websites are from the same owner. From me to you is a photography blog and sometimes you will see a cinemagraph. These are animated GIF images where only a part is moving. Awesome/ Scary Looks for Halloween - Get inspired!

It's almost Halloween and the scary tutorials on Youtube are coming online one by one. Some are so cute and creative & some scared the hell out of me but are so awesome at the same time. It's a pity that we don't celebrate Halloween in The Netherlands. It would be so much fun to wear a costume of one of our favorite characters ^^. This one is done by Youtuber QueenBeeuty. It was hilarious when I saw it at the first time. It's so scary but awesome at the same time. She really did a good job and I'm sure that it took heaps of time to do this.
