Today I've tried the Cooling sheet mask of My Beauty Diary (我的美麗日記面膜). This mask is for people with a normal skin.
- Witch hazel, amica: soothes skin
- Menthol, peppermint: lowers skin temerature
- Calendula, scotch broom: softens skin
- Compound extract of yeast: nourishes and moisturizes skin
What does it promise?
It cools, soothes and nourishes skin.
One box comes with 10 individually sheet masks.
It has a white packaging with blue snowflakes on it, like all the other ones, it has a cute packaging ^^. You need to tear it open to get the mask out and you will see a plastic sheet folded into the sheet mask- throw the white paper away :).
The scent and texture
The mask has a menthol scent which is ok :). The texture of the mask is thin and it's soft as well. I do think that there is enough serum on it for your face. The holes aren't too big and it fits just right on my face. The sizes of the MBD masks are all the same!
How to use
Clean your face and pat it dry. Unfold the sheet mask and put it on your face for 20-30 minutes. Somehow, this sheet mask feels colder than other ones - it is a cooling mask after all :). It feels very refreshing and moisturizing. When it's time to pull the sheet mask off, you gently massage the excess tonic on your face and wait till everything is absorbed.
♥ Repurchase? Yes :)
This is the fourth My Beauty Diary mask that I've tried. This mask is very suitable for the summer, cause it will cool off your face. So it does what it promise: it cools, nourish and soothes the skin. There is NO whitening in this mask, so that's a pro for me ^_^. Like all the other masks it's very moisturizing, refreshing and my skin felt soft after usage. One thing that could be better is the scent of this mask, the MBD masks that I've tried has a nice scent but this one is just not that nice compared to the other ones. It doesn't stink, but it isn't very nice either - it's just ok, acceptable. Just try it out and you will know what i mean haha xD.
My rate for this mask is: ♥♥♥♥♥ 4.0/5
