Asian Snacks - Review: Pocky Panda & Pocky Coconut

I'm not going to talk about beauty today, I'm going to talk about snacks! Yes, Japanese snacks! Do you know Pocky's? How long does Pocky exist already? I've been eating sticks from Pocky since I was 10 or something lol. Every year, they will release some new Pocky flavors. The Pocky Panda is from their normal collection and the Pocky Coconut came to the market during Summer 2013. Today I will be trying both for the first time!

WHERE TO BUY AND WHAT'S THE PRICE?
I got these from oyatsucafe.com, which is an online webshop that sells Japanese snacks. I've purchased more than once on their website before and it's definitely a reliable shop :). Their service is great as well. The pocky panda sticks are sold for $2.79 (link to the product) and the pocky coconut is sold for $2.99 (link to the product). Feel free to use my coupon code MEMORABLEDAYS at checkout to receive 15% OFF! They sell a bunch of other Pocky flavors as well, so do check their assortment out at www.oyatsucafe.com.

POCKY PANDA
I'm totally in love with the cute panda packaging ^^. Even the inner bag holding the Pocky sticks is adorable! The sticks looks just like the ones on the packaging. There is only 1 pack inside and there are around 20 sticks in it. The sticks have a chocolate base rather than the usual plain biscuit. The sticks are covered in a creamy vanilla layer containing some crunchy chocolate pieces. It tastes just like cookies & cream! I love it a lot ^^ it's not super sweet like the Kitkat cookies & cream that I tried before, but the taste it just right. I will definitely purchase this again in the future, it's too yummy!

POCKY COCONUT
I LOVEEEE the taste of coconuts, so I was so happy that Glico added this flavour to their limited edition Summer assortment. The packaging is lovely and super summer-y. This box contains 2 packs with 8 sticks in each pack. The sticks are the usual plain biscuit, providing a lovely coconut embedded layer of milk chocolate. The coconut scent is so nice! Each coconut piece has a sweetened flavour and slightly crispy texture and it tastes so yummy with the milk chocolate and crunchy pretzel stick. It's sad that it's a limited edition version, but I sure will stock up on some of these before they don't sell it anymore.
