Tutorial with nail art 3D stickers

In this small tutorial I will explain what I usually do before applying nail art stickers. Some people just like to put the stickers on their nails after applying their base coat, which is fine as well. But normally I like to put more color in it and match a nail polish with the stickers. It really depends how the stickers are, if they are very simple I would apply glitters as well.

Step 1: Apply a base coat and wait for it till it dries.
Step 2: Apply a nude nail polish on your nails and wait till it's dry. I'm using the China glaze, Hope chest. If you're looking for a nude nail polish, I would recommend this one =D i love the color and it dries fast.
Step 3: Apply the same nude nail polish on your your tips of your nails, just like french manicure. This doesn't have to be straight. After this, let it dry.
Step 4: Grab the nail art stickers with tweezers and apply it on your nails.

Step 5: Apply a top coat and let this dry.

I have used the following nail polishes...
- Step 1: Base coat from HEMA, a Dutch store.
- Step 2: China glaze nail polish, Hope chest.
- Step 3: China glaze nail polish, Hope chest.
- Step 4: Nail art stickers from a Sasa drugstore in Hong Kong, €1.80 per pack. Made in Japan.
- Step 5: Top coat from HEMA, a Dutch store.

Hope you liked this small and simple tutorial ;) Click on the labels to see more tutorials of mine.

My question to you:
Have you ever used nail art stickers before? Do you like to use them?

@naka, noo it's around 1,80 euros xD uhmm, maybe in november? not sure though >.<" still have to check =)

  15. I bought lots of 3D nail stickers when I was in Japan. I like them a lot, but I find somehow they get dirty even if I apply a top coat or two... Does it do that to you too? Maybe mine get dirty faster cause they're just white... :S

    Yours look great though n___n//

@Dolce bunny, aren't gel nails very bad =/ ? i've never tried it before, cause i'm just scared i guess lol.

@Suteisi, Yeah, it does gets dirty a bit =/ But these stickers above annoyed me a bit cause it's 3d. those hearts are a bit thick, so it felt off while I was washing my hair lol xD but they are pretty ^^ hihi

  26. wow this is super pretty! These stickers are gorgeous and nice placement of them! I love rubber stickers instead of plastic ones, the rubber ones seem to last longer for me but since Im so rough with my nails, no sticker lasts long on my fingers lol
