Review: JUJU Aquamoist Hyaluronic Acid Essence

Today I will be reviewing one of the famous serums in Hong Kong: the JUJU Aquamoist Hyaluronic Acid Essence. While I was in Hong Kong it was the #1 serum in the drugstore, Sasa. That's the reason why I bought this product.

Description
The key seller of this product is that it contains 100% pure essence of sodium hyaluronate, which will  moisturize the skin immediately. Very effective even in a very dry environment. It makes the skin fresh and elastic. By applying the essence before going to bed, it will keep your skin moist during your sleep and it makes the skin best prepared for make-up in the next morning. No fragrance, colouring, mineral oil or animal origin added. Gentle to skin. Suitable for dry skin types.

This product is highly recommended by the famous TV show “WQueen”.

Price and Where to buy?
I bought this at Sasa.com for €15,90 (link to product), quite expensive huh? However, you only need a bit product per night and this bottle lasted me for around 6 months. I've just finished this bottle.

Packaging
The essence comes packaged inside a sturdy dark blue glass bottle with a hygienic pump dispenser which contains 30ml. The pump is great! The bottle has japanese descriptions so i have no idea what it says T__T.

Consistency
It's a clear gel and is easy to spread. I only use 1-2 pumps per time. It doesn't feel heavy, it's not sticky  and it absorbs pretty fast. It makes my skin feel moisturized and soft after applying it. It also has some sort of a cooling effect, it just feels very nice!

How to use
After cleansing and applying toner, apply suitable amount (1-2 pumps) onto the face, then follow with a night cream or lotion. For best result, use with Aquamoist Toner and Aquamoist Moisturizer.

My opinion
Good or not? I love it that the serum doesn't feel heavy, is scentless and isn't sticky after application. It absorbs fast and you will notice instant results: skin looks plump, feels soft and moist, that's what I like the most about these products. However, it was still not moisturizing enough for my combination-dry skin, so I always had to apply a night cream afterwards.

Will this product makes it easier for you to apply your make up? Nope, I didn't notice anything about that.

I would recommend this product to people with a normal to dry skin type. This won't be moist enough for you if you have a dehydrated skin.
