You are able to purchase it at all Etude House stores. These two palettes are new so not many online stores are selling it yet. Currently you can purchase it at beautynetkorea.com or at their ebay store: f2plus1. It's sold for around USD$13.99 per palette.

I gotta say that the swatches above are quite different compared to the pictures on the Etude House website. The pigmentation seems pretty good though!
