Online "Photoshop" - edit your photos online!

Hi fellow bloggers and readers.. Dutch readers might know these websites already since many Dutch bloggers blogged about it before, but I want to recommend these two awesome websites to other bloggers which have never heard or seen this yet.. I'm talking about two websites where you can edit your photos with. This is a nice tip for bloggers ^___^! I know that many bloggers are using photoshop to edit their photos. However, there are many people who things that Photoshop is way too complicated, so I would like to recommend these two websites to them. It's like an online Photoshop program but easier and it's free as well. You don't need to install anything and you can easily upload a picture on these websites, edit it and save it on your computer again. It's that simple! Well, about which two websites am I talking about....?

PIXLR The first website is pixlr.com
If you go to that website, you will see two choices: open editor online and retro vintage effects. If you click on open editor online you will see this (see picture below). I'm just using a hello kitty picture as an example. You can easily edit your picture here, change the brightness, sharpen the picture et cetera ... It's even possible to make layers and you can also use tools which are similar to the tools which you can use in Photoshop. Just upload, edit and save it on your computer again. This is really like Photoshop but easier.

If you pick the second choice, retro vintage effects, you will see this screen (see picture below). Once again I'm using the hello kitty picture as an example. As you can see, there are 3 boxes below, a red, blue and a yellow box. If you click on the red box you can add a vintage effect to your picture. If you click on the blue box you can add a retro effect and if you click on the yellow box you can add a frame. You will get an awesome effect on your picture if you clicked on the 3 boxes.

NOT EDITED: I'm going to show you a picture that I edited on the pixlr website (retro vintage effect). The picture below was taken by a friend with a professional camera and is not edited.
EDITED: The picture below is edited by me on the pixlr website (retro, vintage effect). You can see a big difference right? It's suddenly in vintage style with a lovely frame xD!

PICNIK The second website that I want to recommend is picnik.com.
The website looks like this (see picture below). You can change the color of the picture, brighten it, sharpen it et cetera. If you click on the "create" tab you can add some effects to it. You can't choose all of the effects since some are for premium users only. However, there are some effects that free users can use ;). Also here, you can easily upload, edit and save it on your computer again.
NOT EDITED: I'm going to show you a picture which I edited at Picnik. I took this picture below at a place in Amsterdam xD. This picture is not edited.
EDITED: The picture below is edited on Picnik. As you can see it has a different frame and the color is different as well. I like the edited version way more hehehe xD.
The downside of these websites is that you're only able to edit ONE picture at the time. However, I do think it's very useful if you just want to add some effects to it or if you want to edit something quickly. This is also useful when you're using a computer which doesn't have Photoshop installed. You can edit your pictures wherever you are now!

Anyways, I hope this blogpost was helpful and I really recommend these two websites since it's so easy and you are able to get great results with it :)! Tell me what you think about it after you've tried it ;).
