Do you always dress to impress?

"Do you always dress to impress?" That's the question of the week. I recently saw this video about a women who gets different reactions when she has different clothes on. It's an interesting video because it's so true! People will look different at you when you look prettier with make up and have pretty clothes on with a decent hairstyle. I posted this video before on my facebook & twitter, so some people might have seen this already. However, to people who haven't seen it yet, here is the video:

Some people will doll themselves up even when they go to the supermarket, some only do that when they go to the city center or work and some just don't care how they look. What do you do?

My question to you is:

Do you always dress to impress?

  1. Yes :) It indeed makes life easier!
People do treat you differently.. not only guys but also girls do.
I'm always treated way more nicely in shops like Douglas (or something like that) when I look good ~.~
So yeah I try to look good every day.. also because I feel better :)
But when I'm having a "boring day" or a really stressful day (lots of learning/not going anywhere etc) or when I'm just sick then I look like eh tramp haha

I'm too lazy to clean my face in the evening so I prefer sleep longer in the morning... (A) I doll myself up when I feel like to.^^

  7. I used to dress however I wanted to, but if I get too used to that I would not be able to style myself. So I try to the best of my ability to dress up as much as I can whether it is casual or professional. :)

  8. Super interessante video!

  11. Oh man, I wouldn't have the guts to go around asking for things free but I'm not surprised at the result at all. It's even shown that men over 6' earn over $5500+ annually and are more likely to be CEOs. No doubt women are subjected to similar (if more stringent and numerous) standards :P

    Love her accent ^^

  19. Thanks for sharing this! This was a really entertaining video to watch :D I have to agree that good looks definitely get you more perks in life, unfortunately. If you're a single gal this definitely works to your advantage if you're always getting freebies haha :D
