It's the last day of 2011 girls! Are you counting down to 2012 yet? I hope you're going to have an awesome new years eve today with your loved ones ^^. What did I write for you today? You all know that I created a lot of nail art tutorials during the year of 2011 right? I thought that it would be fun to show my top 10 favorite manicures of the year. I really appreciate all of your lovely comments about the nail art creations, it's always hard for me to get the perfect lighting in house to photograph the creations, especially during the winter. I will keep on making tutorials the next year and I hope I can keep inspire you with my manis ♥ . This top 10 is also a short recap of the nail art tutorials that I created this year, check out the tutorials in case you've missed any ;).

Wow, it has been a year already, time really flies! 1 and a half day left before the year 2012 will start. I wrote a lot of reviews during this whole year, but never did a "My favorite products" post, since I don't buy products every month. Therefore I decided to write a blogpost to list my favorite products of 2011 ^___^. There are 10 products that I really love this year and which I'm still using. This is going to be a long blogpost so lets start, shall we?

If you're following me on facebook or twitter you already knew that I went to Primark a few days ago ^^. There is a new Primark in The Netherlands (Zaandam) which seems to be the biggest one in my country so I wanted to check it out :). I bought a few things from their fall/winter collection 2011 and as you can see the items are all black haha ^___^. Probably 70% of my wardrobe is black >.<".. I know, I know... it's such a boring color but it's so easy to match!

Time flies ~ it's Christmas time already ^___^ I hope you all have a lovely Christmas! What are your plans for these two days? This is part 3 of my Hong Kong Trip (beware picture heavy!). Check out part 1 & part 2 if you haven't seen it yet. While I was in Hong Kong I went to Sha Tin (沙田) for one day. There is a large shopping mall over there which is called New Town Plaza (新城市廣場) and we (my sis, her husband and my nephew) also went to Snoopy's World. Snoopy's World is a small attraction for little kids. My nephew is just 1 year old, so he can't really play with others yet, but he seems to like other kids from his age very much. Lol, look at him posing....

A few weeks ago, I received a pair of lenses from Lensvillage.com for review purposes. Today I'm going to review the GEO Tri-color gray lenses.

I reviewed the Geo Tri-color blue a while back: see blogpost.

It came with a cute purple case to store the circle lenses. I love it that most of the websites will give a cute case with your purchase. However, I personally prefer the simple cases which are a bit transparent, so that I'm able to see which circle lenses are inside. It's confusing if you have a lot of circle lenses at home with the same cases >.<".

This is part two of my Hong Kong Trip, check out Part 1 if you've missed it. My sister and I decided to do some shopping and went to the shopping mall, Langham Place in Mongkok. There was a small Hello Kitty x Ice Age Exhibition while we were there. It looked so cute =3 everybody were standing in lines to take pictures and I took some snaps with my camera as well ^__^. By the way, this exhibition will be shown through this whole month, so check it out if you're in Hong Kong. The picture below is taken at the front door of Langham Place, it looks way prettier at night when the lights are on =^o^=.

We eventually didn't do much that day, we just looked around and had lunch there. Langham Place is definitely one of my favorite shopping malls! It's not because of the shops though, the shops there are just so-so. (There were many European shops in that building, like H&M and Monki.) However, the decoration in that building is very pretty, it has extremely long escalators and the whole building is well-designed, that's why I liked it. You must check it out if you're in Hong Kong!

There is an official announcement that Lionsgate has partnered with China Glaze on a collection of nail polish to debut in conjunction with the March 23, 2012 release of the movie The Hunger Games. (You might know the story from their books.) The collection is called the "Colours from the Capitol". The collection of the nail polish is inspired by one of the book's distinct settings - the Capitol of the nation of Panem. These nail polishes will be available at beauty retailers beginning on March 1, 2012.

I just got back from Hong Kong and Singapore and most of you girls were curious about the products that I bought during my trip, so I'm planning to post a few Haul posts ^^. Today I'm going to show you my SASA Haul Part 1. I bought so many things at SASA, but I don't want to bomb you with heaps of products. Therefore I decided to split the haul into more parts. Well lets start.. I already told you girls that I bought many Hada Labo products which is my favorite skincare line at the moment ^^. I couldn't resist it, I just want to try the whole line xD. Btw. I've edited the pictures in this blogpost, just for a change.. Do you prefer edited pictures or normal ones?

While I was in Hong Kong I met up with blogger Jennifer from Jennlovesbeauty for the first time. We had lunch in a Japanese restaurant and went shopping. Unfortunately we were like going from one place to another so we didn't have much time to take pictures or anything :( such a pity. However, it was a nice day and we got to know each other a bit. She brought me to a few shops like the Canmake store and some nail polish stores which are definitely hard to find! If you're reading this Jenn, thank you for everything! ^^ We also exchanged some products after lunch ^^ and we decided to cut our hair that day lol, so we went to a hair salon in Mongkok.

Today I'm going to review a product ^^ which is called the Apple AC Therapy Sleeping mask from Baviphat. I had read plenty of good reviews about this product, so I wanted to give it a try. Baviphat is one of the popular Korean cosmetics brand which is launched in 2009. Their products are all sold for a reasonable price and the beautiful packaging of the product attracted me to buy it, the apple packaging is so darn cute =^o^=!

Yes... ^^ this is going to be a blogpost with a lot of pictures that I took in Hong Kong, so be prepared, I know a lot of you have been waiting for this =^o^= or maybe not! The first place that I wanted to go to was Tsim Sha Tsui.. I went to Hong Kong for several times, this is probably the third or fourth time but guess what... I never went to Tsim Sha Tsui before T____T *sits in a corner* such a shame. So I said to myself that I definitely have to go there this time and do some sightseeing!

Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀- I always call it the "Rich People" area because a lot of expensive stores are located there. Just visit Harbour City and you will notice it xD. Harbour City (海港城) is the biggest shopping mall in Hong Kong which include some European shops like Chanel, Marc Jacobs, D&G and more.. but also Asian shops like Bauhaus, :Chocoolate, I.T et cetera.. I also wish that The Netherlands has nice looking stores like these:

I'm finally back from vacation ^^, I'm sure that you didn't really notice it that I was away for a few weeks. I was in Hong Kong for two weeks and one week in Singapore. I'm still a bit tired, but I just wanted to tell you girls that I'm back and back to the blogging world ^^. I wrote a bunch of things on twitter while I was in Hong Kong & Singapore, so some of you (who are following me on twitter) already know where I was and where I went. Are you excited to see my blogposts about my trip ^____^?! I will write some blogposts about it soon with plenty of pictures of the places where I was, my hauls of course and the food ;).
